The Cosy Gutter Clearing Process
1) Pricing (Please note our prices are set to standard size properties) You will be advised prior to work if different.
Our pricing structure is clear and easy to understand. There are no hidden costs involved and all the prices are set. Unless you have a unusual size property or any additional work is required, then this is all you will pay. This includes all the guttering on the main property, this excludes conservatory, porch, garage or extension. If you require and UPVC plastic cleaning then please ask our member of staff for an additional quotation.
If any additional work is required such as leaking joints, broken brackets or blocked downpipes then an additional charge would be required. You would be made aware of the price prior to any additional work being carried out.
Complete the form or call us on 01202 287079 or 02382 182379 and we’ll book you in. Depending on how busy we are, expect 3 to 7 days until we can fit you in. We will send you booking confirmation email with your address, the price and what time we will arrive on the day.
3) On the day
You’ll get a email reminder that we’re coming to clear your gutters. When we arrive, we’ll introduce ourselves and then carry out a safety survey and a camera survey to get the ‘before’ photos. On completion of the gutter clean, we would then do a final survey to get the ‘after’ photos. At the end of the job you will be shown the before & after pictures to see exactly what the gutters look like, and how clear they are. You can pay by cash, cheque, and your invoice / receipt will be emailed to you.
